Meet Dr. Amy Brode, D.O., FACOS
I am Dr. Amy Brode, the founder of The Balance Point: Inclusive Wellness, a concierge medical practice dedicated to helping both women and men restore balance, vitality, and confidence in midlife. I combine holistic osteopathic principles with extended visits, direct access, and highly personalized treatment plans to help each patient navigate hormonal changes, sexual health challenges, and long-term wellness with clarity.
As a board-certified urologist and Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, I bring more than two decades of experience in sexual medicine, hormone health, and specialized menopause care.
Concierge Menopause and Midlife Care for Women
Women in midlife deserve more than quick visits and surface-level advice. That’s why I have also completed specialized training in menopause care through the Heather Hirsch Academy and the North American Menopause Society to become a Certified Menopause Care Provider.
I am an active member of the North American Menopause Society, International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health, College of Osteopathic Surgeons, American Urological Association, and Society for Women In Urology.
Areas of focus include:
Menopausal hormone therapy and concierge follow-up care
Perimenopause and midlife symptom management
Women’s sexual dysfunction and libido support
Bone and genitourinary health optimization
Concierge Men’s Sexual Health and Hormone Optimization
My practice also supports men’s health through concierge-based hormone and sexual wellness care. I help men experiencing symptoms such as low testosterone, fatigue, decreased libido, and erectile dysfunction restore their energy, confidence, and intimacy.
My men’s health program includes in-depth evaluation, education on treatment options, and ongoing, direct-access support. Every plan is tailored to the individual, addressing both physical function and overall vitality.
Key areas of expertise include:
Testosterone testing and individualized therapy
Erectile dysfunction evaluation and treatment
Hormone-related fatigue, mood changes, and weight gain
My Philosophy Of Care
When I started my own journey through perimenopause, I realized how misinformed many people (including health care providers) are about the options for improving this next phase of our lives.
As an osteopathic physician, I’ve always believed true health means caring for the whole person: body, mind, and community. The concierge model allows me to give patients the time, relationship, and resources they deserve.
Life Beyond My Work
When I am not at work, I am mom to two amazing teenage boys (maybe I am biased). I have an adorable, loving goldendoodle. I have jumped into the rage of pickleball and am getting addicted. When I have time, I love live music, camping, traveling, and volunteering at a local food pantry’s greenhouse and garden.
